Many practitioners only care about production, but ignore the maintenance of processing equipment. Only by properly maintaining the cnc processing equipment can the life and accuracy of the cnc processing equipment be guaranteed.

First of all, the maintenance of CNC processing equipment is generally divided into daily maintenance, weekly maintenance, monthly maintenance, and annual maintenance. According to the actual conditions of different equipment, corresponding maintenance plans are developed and implemented to people. First daily maintenance items

1. After starting the machine, it should not be loaded first, and the CNC processing equipment should be preheated for about 10 minutes, and then loaded and processed. The CNC processing equipment that has not been used for a long time should extend the preheating time;

2. Check whether the lubricating oil of the equipment is sufficient, if insufficient, add it;

3. Check whether the oil circuit of the cnc processing equipment is unblocked;

4. Daily cleaning of machine tool dust and iron filings, including machine tool control panel, spindle taper hole, tool magazine, etc.;

5. Check whether the coolant tank is enough and add in time;

6. Check whether the air pressure indicator is normal;

7. Check whether the air blowing in the cone hole in the spindle is normal;

8. Check whether all signal lights are normal;

Second weekly maintenance items

1. Clean the air filter, cooling pump and lubricating oil pump filter of the heat exchanger;

2. Check whether the tool pull bolt is loose and whether the knife handle is clean;

3. Check whether the tool change in the tool magazine is normal;

4. Check whether there is cold oil in the oil cooler and add it in time;

5. Clean the impurities and moisture in the compressed gas, check the amount of oil in the oil mist separator, and check whether the relevant electrical components are normal;

Third, monthly maintenance items

1. Detect the lubrication of the shaft track, and the track surface must ensure good lubrication;

2. Check and clean the limit switch and bumper;

3. Check whether the oil cup of the knife cylinder is enough and add it in time;

4. Check whether the signs and warning signs on the machine are clear;

Forth, annual maintenance items

1. Disassemble the shaft anti-chip guard, clean the shaft oil pipe joints, ball guide screw, three-axis limit switch, and check whether it is normal, and check whether the effect of the hard rail scraper blade on each shaft is good;

2. Check whether the servo motor and head of each axis are operating normally, and whether there is any abnormal sound;

3. Replace hydraulic oil and reducer oil for tool magazine;

4. Detect the clearance of each shaft and adjust the compensation amount;

5. Check whether all connectors and switches of the machine are normal;
