Most of the five-axis linkage machining centers are adopt with 3+2 structure, that is, the three linear motion axes of XYZ plus two of the three axes of ABC rotating around the XYZ axis are composed of KYZAB. XYZAC, XYZBC three forms. According to the combination of the two rotating shafts, it can be divided into double rotary table, rotary table plus swing head type, double swing head type machining centers.
1: Five-axis linkage machining center with double turntable structure: A axis + C axis double turntable structure, the worktable can swing around the X axis, which is the A axis. The center of the worktable can be rotated 360 degrees around the Z axis, which is the C axis. The combination of A C two-axis, except the bottom surface of the workpiece cannot be processed, the other 5 surfaces can be processed. The advantages of this machine are simple spindle structure, strong rigidity and low cost, but the load-bearing capacity of the worktable is limited.
2: Rotary table plus swing head 5 Axis linkage machining center:This type of five-axis linkage machining center is composed of XYZBC axes. The spindle of this five-axis linkage machining center is particularly flexible, and the worktable area is unlimited, but the spindle structure is more complicated and the cost is higher.
3: Double swing head structure five-axis linkage machining center: The spindle rotation of this model adopts a zero-distance high-torque motor with the same server, which greatly solves the problem of rigidity and accuracy of the spindle rotation axis in transmission. The structure of the whole machine is mostly gate-type.
