First of all, let's talk about the dimensional accuracy in the accuracy of cnc. The dimensional accuracy refers to the degree of difference between the size and geometry of the processed parts, the actual value of the mutual position and the ideal value. The smaller the difference, the higher the accuracy. The larger is, the worse the accuracy is. Different parts structure and different materials make the parts precision different. If the ordinary CNC machining accuracy can reach 0.005mm, it will be regarded as the limit accuracy value. Of course Under special equipment and technology, we can also control the CNC machining accuracy within a smaller range.
    The second is the surface accuracy of the parts. Different machining processes have different surface cnc machining accuracy. The surface accuracy of turning is relatively higher, while milling is worse. Conventional processes can ensure that the surface roughness reaches Above 0.6, if there are higher requirements, it can be achieved by other processes, and the highest can be processed into a mirror effect.
    Generally speaking, the dimensional accuracy of a part is related to the surface roughness of the part. If the dimensional accuracy is higher, the surface roughness must be higher, otherwise it cannot be guaranteed. At present, in the field of medical equipment parts processing, the size and assembly requirements of many parts are not high, but the tolerances marked are very small. The fundamental reason is that the surface roughness of the product is required.
